Being a single kid, raised by my single mom in a small family, I have lost that special feeling of Christmas long time ago. So this is why I like to pack my bags & escape this crazy & kind of superficial time of the year to explore new places, which is so much more fulfilling for my travel soul. This year, it took us to Norway. We’ve been to Norway before, since we are lucky to call some amazing humans up there our friends, we now and then get the chance to visit them in Stavanger. But we have never seen any other parts of Norway, beside Stavanger and Preikestolen. Which isn’t a bad spot to start. But we wanted to see more of this special country so we decided to fly to Oslo, do some sightseeing & have an amazing shooting with two lovers at the famous Oslo Operahouse. Totally spoiled by the good weather, which isn’t usual for a Norwegian winter, we had an amazing time with Marita & Steffen on the rooftop of this impressive building with a great view over the city skyline on one side & the harbor on the other side.
Overwhelmed & happy to have the opportunity to get to travel & shoot amazing people from all over the world, we left Oslo & hit to Bergen by train to see some more places & landscapes of Norway. And finally, after two chilly days in rainy Bergen, we drove by bus through some awesome Fjords to Stavanger to celebrate New Year’s Eve with our friends & their little Zoo. It has been an amazing week filled with fun, love, impressions & so much more joy than Christmas days at home could ever bring.
We felt in love with Norway & we will make sure to come back soon! But for now just take a look at the super fun shooting with Marita & Steffen at the Oslo Operahuset!
